Dr. Karny Jacoby MD, FPMRS, CPI

Specializing in Women's Health her entire professional career, Dr. Karny Jacoby has extensive knowledge of vaginal health and what personal treatments and lifestyle changes patients request. The MonaLisa Touch™ is the solution for her menopausal patients who are living longer and desire continued youthful experiences including healthy sexual lives and relationships.  


Dr. Jacoby began her education at the University of Washington where she graduated with honors with a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology.  She continued on at the University of Washington School of Medicine graduating in 1986.  Dr. Jacoby completed her residency at the University of Texas Health Service Center in 1992.


Professional Interests

As a Board-Certified Urologist with Subspecialty Certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Jacoby’s medical interests include:  Incontinence, laparoscopic procedures, da Vinci robotic surgery, pelvic reconstructive surgery, stones and research in the area of incontinence and other urological conditions. 

In her personal life, Dr. Jacoby owns a fitness gym, Slate CrossFit, where she works out several times a week if not daily.  An active member of her community, Dr. Jacoby also enjoys hiking, skiing, quilting and spending time with her children.

Washington Urology & Urogynecology Associates Kirkland location includes a well-established urogynecologist, Dr. Kathy Arendt, a naturopath and sexual medicine expert, Dr. Serena McKenzie.  WUA is a 9-provider Urology and Urogynecology private practice group that serves two other locations in Bellevue and Issaquah.
